1. Nyappy o(≧∀≦)o É o miku. Eu não tenho muito o que falar agora,apenas que o Judô era uma atividade extracurricular na época do ensino médio. Meu pai fez Judô desde que eu era criança,e ele acostumava a brincar comigo,então sinto como se eu tivesse sorte em ter o Judô como opção. No ensino fundamental eu era do time de basquete,mas no ensino médio eu queria fazer Judô. E também foi na epóca que o 「YAMARA!」estava popular.

2. Eu fiquei em segundo lugar no torneiro do bairro,e para isso eu tive realmente um treino muito puxado. Costumava a me dizer que 「Métodos suaves muitas vezes pode ganhar da força bruta.」,devido ao fato que meus adversários eram maiores do que eu e poderiam me arremessar. Então eu me sentia bem ouvindo essa frase. Uma coisa sobre o senpai : ele se chama Matsumoto e me mostrou que eu posso ser pequeno,mas sou forte. Eu estava ansioso,mas eu fui na direção dele e daquela vez eu venci o Matsumoto Senpai. Fiquei muito feliz quando isso aconteceu.

3. Me disseram 「Métodos suaves muitas vezes pode ganhar da força bruta.」mas teve uma vez que o meu adversário era maior que eu e suas mãos e o rosto eram musculosos (ao contrário de mim). Eu fiquei realmente assustado, 「Métodos suaves muitas vezes pode ganhar da força bruta.」,no entretanto ter que enfrentar um adversário que tem os ombros mais largos que o seu,e as mãos e o rosto musculosos é algo assustador. Mas eu não tive que enfrentar algo assim. Disse isso por que era uma grande barreira que eu tinha que enfrentar e parecia que eu precisava de coragem para algo assim no Judô. E depois,tinha uma coisa que meu professor dizia 「O suor que correu não contou uma mentira」. É uma das minhas palavras favoritas.

recentemente,comecei uma nova dieta.

Desta vez o período de tempo é pequeno,então espero que não seja rigoroso

No começo é passar 3 refeições ao dia de repolho. Eu tinha que desafiar a dieta do repolho mas eu acho que não consigo mais ver repolho. Então mudei para a dieta de sopa de legumes.

Deste jeito,eu vou ficar acabando acostumando a ver ramen e ficar louco. Afim os sintomas se encaixam tão bem.

O limite é depois de 3 dias

Como eu faço

Uma vez que isto for feito,meu coração se contentará em comer ramen.

Hoje de tarde tive um tempo,então eu sai junto com a Princesa (Nyappy)

Fui no pet shop com ela e a assistente do pet shop admirou ela 「Ela parece um modelo... 」!

Talvez tenha ficado lisonjeado,mas eu fiquei feliz.

Não queria comprar nada e achei isso errado mas relutantemente comprei comida para animais.

Eu estava muito feliz eu não queria perder os fogos de artificios por nada nesse mundo,foi muito divertido esse festival o(≧∀≦)o Eu tenho medo de me queimar !
A primavera também estava chegando o alto astral de todos estava muito bem o(^-^)o Feliz estava ao ver os fogos abria um grande sorris o(^-^)o Muitos gritavam 「Miku ー」o som era um pouco diferente o(≧∀≦)o O Heck hoje foi dificil.
